I'm just getting back into the mindset of exercise since having both of my children, so I am a beginner at best. Shannon was great! I didn't feel rushed, she was made me feel comfortable immediately and guided me through each exercise and let me take my time when I got a little shaky. Great experience and I've already booked another class!!
