• This was my second visit to Loft, but my first with Allyson. From the moment we met, I was immediately impressed by her kindness and informative approach. Usually, when sitting with a new esthetician, they like to engage in conversation and get to know their client. However, during my first visit with Allyson yesterday, I was feeling incredibly exhausted. I want to express my gratitude to Allyson for understanding my need for silence and allowing me to lay there without feeling the pressure to talk. After she finished working on my brows, Allyson informed me that she would keep the tint color on file for future reference. This small gesture will be helpful for both of us in future appointments, ensuring we won't forget the shade. In fact, I was so pleased with Allyson's work that I have already rebooked with her and am considering trying out other services at Loft as well. Allyson's exceptional work, professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to deliver outstanding results truly impressed me. I have no doubt that I will seek out her expertise again. Whether it's for my brows or any other beauty service, I can confidently say that Allyson will be my go-to esthetician.
