• I never write reviews BUT the ambiance of The Loft is calming and welcoming upon arrival. The staff is accommodating and attentive. I am consistently asked if I would like water, tea, etc. Hannah is the best! She takes her time with every appointment and makes sure I'm okay and happy during and after each visit. I cannot wait to try more of their skin options and wish they'd do more such as nails!! Love this place.
