• My experience at The Loft was literally the highlight of my weekend. Words cannot explain how kind Natalie was. It was my first time ever having my eyebrows done by anyone other than myself (so I was completely nervous), but she did an amazing job with shaping them to fit my facial structure + filling them in... Natalie also took her time w/ completing my hydrafacial, gave skin care regimen recommendations and just made sure I was comfortable the ENTIRE time. I will definitely be back soon!

• I had a lash lift and tint and a brow appointment with Natalia. She was so patient in explaining the process to me and making sure that the services were done correctly. After the first round, my itty bitty eyelashes didn’t lift the way she wanted so she did a second lift with a smaller rod. She also took time to explain to me what I can do to help my lashes and brows grow. She is extremely knowledgeable and I am so pleased with the customer service she provided.
