• The app is perfect and made booking so easy and convenient. I called in worries I would be late and Bria assured me there were no worries and not to rush. I was greeted with so much love from everyone I saw. The space is goals. The energy, smell, attention to detail is what dreams are made of. Kelsey was WONDERFUL. • I love the services. I've relocated to the Eastern Shore and there is no place over here offering the level of services that the loft does. However, my only feedback is the the lamination price should include the brown design with it. The cost of both services together, I really didn't see the worth in the end result.
