• Stylist was great but a little rough for my daughter's sensitive scalp on both the shampoo and blow dry. She did a nice job of explaining to my daughter how to use the products she has to style her hair.

• Great stylist conversation and great cut! Front desk clerk was grumpy, though, and unhelpful with coupon. She might have been having a bad day, but she seemed mismatched for the job.
