• It was easy to get my appointment, the check-in process was quick and easy, social distancing was observed and masks were worn at all times, and my haircut was exactly what I wanted. Laura listened to what I tried to describe and asked throughout if the cut was shaping up the way I wanted. She was super attentive and friendly, as was everyone else, and it was overall such a nice, relaxing experience
