Staff was very pleasant and professional. The ambience was very welcoming but peaceful and clean. My lash tech was gentle and walked me through each step to ensure I was comfortable. She asked me what I wanted and how I wanted my lashes to look and she gave me exactly what I asked for. Highly recommended!!
