The technician was very experienced and knowledgeable about the different lashes. I had been using another company and she could tell immediately that many of my own lashes were badly damaged because the extensions they were using were too heavy for my lashes. She was able to fill in some gaps to make it look presentable and recommended giving my own lashes time to grow back.
