The cleanliness of the store as well as attention paid to COVID requirements. For some reason I did not have the person I selected but no one offered an explanation. But Erika was very professional and talented. I wish someone also would have said I could do tweezing at the visit. But all good as I learned you can and will do this at my next appointment. It there was a rating of 1-5, with 5 being the highest you earned a 5!
