I got a very quick appointment. Easy to get to/great location. Everyone was friendly! Lovely, clean bathroom and clean and lovely facilities. The young lady who tended to me was professional and The results were fabulous!

I choose that score because my lashes feel so soft, and comfortable. I keep forgetting that they are there. Lol. My eyes did not burn or itch at all during the application process. While in my way to my appointment I was running late due to heavy traffic and the team was very understanding and did not add any stress to what I was dealing with. They were very understanding.
