I gave that score because it being my 1st time there, I felt so comfortable and every team member was so excited and happy. Nobody tried to make me feel like I had to buy something, Alexis at the front desk was very knowledgeable about how the lash lounge takes care of my natural eyelashes.... I've been getting my lashes done for years now and I always got mega volume. However I love the way the team wants my lashes to be as healthy as they can be!!!!
