• I would change to more upbeat music. The music was techno-whiny. Not inspiring when you're laying there for two hours or for technicians. Spa music or up beat pop music, i.e., upbeat soft rock, or Kessler elevator music. I blocked it out of my mind after a half hour of it, so I still had an enjoyable experience. The place was up-to-date, organized, & super clean. Ambience was great. My lash artist was a lovely person, and professional, and on top of that she did a fantastic job. I love my lashes. The style she gave me is exactly what I wanted. I had my lashes done for two years straight and then took 2 years off because my eyelashes were getting sparse. This was my first time after two years.
