• I feel like when someone shares their vision of what they want their eyelashes to look. The tech should say up front before we start applying, we are not able to provide that look but here are some examples of what we can do? And if someone is looking for more of a dramatic long look. Letting them know upfront your lashes will not look like that and if you want that look you may need to sign a waiver because we don't want to be responsible for damages to your eyelashes just something. I showed the tech exactly what I was expecting and she said nothing until I looked after she was finished. I was honestly shocked but I didn't want to seem ungrateful and she was training and spent so much time giving me close to what asked. If I would have paid over 100 dollars or full price. I would have refused to pay until I got what I was paying for. The lashes grew on me and I ended up loving the look, but it was nothing like I showed her! Communicate would have been great and ask do you still want to have us provide the service for you? Otherwise my eyelashes are beautiful and natural looking. The tech did a wonderful job. I would recommend you to others and the place is beautiful.
