• The lash stylist was very happy, friendly and smiling. They didn't have a stern, unfriendly, rude faced receptionist, like Madeline in Rochester Hills. That's why I switched the location to Bloomfield, as she pissed me off the way she talked to me. We are your business. If you don't know how to treat your clients well, you will not keep them. People in Bloomfield told me the same thing about their rules and policies, so nicely with a genuine smile. Rubbish customer service by Madeline receptionist in RH. Will never recommend that location. You'd expect the service to be top notch as it is in RH. People around this area are very friendly, warm and sophisticated. RH should have girls with better customer service experiences in the management. And rude faced like Madeline and Nikki lash stylist certainly shouldn't stand a chance in any location, as they ward clients away.
