• I had to cancel appt and Kirby found another appt. Helpful and friendly staff. Rescheduling was easy. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. I get compliments on my lashes because they look so natural. Also I like the promos and specials you have for members. I like the fact you have chocolate in the waiting area but was a little bummed because was none on my last visit. The reason I did not put 10 is you need more senior stylists since Jimena left.
