• On time, clean, staff was very nice, our tech was doing a first time patch test and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the entire service (lash lift), I thought it would just be a q-tip touch test to skin with products. Nope she did the whole taping down of lashes, gluing on the mold, showing us every single step. Super thorough. Then didn't charge us for the patch test. I felt so bad that she was not our tech for our full appointment (previously scheduled for "any tech") that is beyond amazing for new customers (me and my grown daughter) we are soo excited for our appt next week.

• Because I have thin eyelashes, I was not able to get the volume I was hoping for. The look nice, but I can achieve this look on my own, without the cost and drive
