• I chose 10 because the Lash Lounge is clean. They run exactly on time with their appointments. Their system for making appointments is very efficient. Saving the best for last, their employees are very professional. They are obviously well trained. As a customer, I have my lashes done by Miranda and she does an excellent job. I have no complaints and am a satisfied customer so hence, the 10 rating.
