• Jana is amazing! She's polite, personable, thorough, and incredibly talented. She's passionate about what she does and makes sure that I am happy with my eyebrows and lashes ever time! Everyone is very professional and the environment is welcoming and clean. I always love going to The LL. I've been going for almost 2 years and I'll continue going.

• Everyone is so nice and I feel pampered. That's what you want when you spend this amount of money. The only thing I'm not too happy with are the recent increases (before covid), they seemed a little high but that's business.
