• Most importantly to me is how I'm treated by the staff. If they're not friendly and knowledgeable I'll go elsewhere, there's lots of competition out there. The service and product are also very important, I feel I get both at Lash Lounge. Because of this I'm very loyal and recommend them to everyone and that includes social media as well!
