• Because I called, ahead of my appointment to voice some concerns and requests with the manager, Veronica, and she was extremely kind and professional, and listened patiently to my concerns and apologized for any thing that was upsetting me offered multiple things to help accommodate my concerns for future appointments, and, did not make me feel badly for voicing my concerns. She made me feel nothing but Welcome to continue coming and Olivia I genuinely believe did her very best to give me what I wanted. I was considering not returning to the lash lounge because of my concerns but after speaking with Veronica she renewed my confidence that I would get what I wanted and so I am returning and hopeful Alexis will give me exactly what I need! However although I feel like Olivia did her best to give me as full of a lash as possible I still was not happy with the length of my lashes sadly and if Alexis is not able to get me the longer lashes that touch my eyebrow when I open my eyes, I will have to unfortunately continue to search for another lash facility because lashes are simply to expensive to not get what you want and what you love. And now that I have been to another lash salon I know that the longer bolder lashes are available! Please please get them for me! Thank you!🤗 I get so many compliments on my bold long lashes so I know others will love them too for themselves! There are PLENTY of us "more is more " gals out there!
