• I went there because I had been to Keller location twice, and twice my lashes fell off the very first day (well about 10 the first day). After the first complaint, I was given someone with "more experience", but still had the same problem, but worse. The next complaint, I was given someone else, But as you can understand, I didn't wanna waste anymore time. So I went to Southlake and requested someone experienced. Rachel talked to me about what I needed to avoid and gave me suggestions. Not one eyelash fell off overnight!!! She said I need one more sitting to get my eyelashes to where they need to be. Thk U Rachel!!!!
