• The person (I forget her name) who did my service was so good, she was quiet and so careful to explain the process as she worked. I have damaged eyelashes from chemo that are very short. She offered to repeat the service when I was disappointed with the results. She was kind and respectful and didn't make me feel badly. She didn't seem rushed or irritated.
