• There was an issue w my appointment - it was canceled due to sick lash tech and I received very late notice on it. Another tech stepped up and did my lash at my expected appointment time. Then they wouldn't charge me for the fee. The lash lounge in Southlake tx. Went above and beyond to rectify the problem. I will continue to use them.

• Susie does awesome job. I love how she takes her time and I don't feel like she's rushing. I get so many compliments. The new receptionist was so nice! (Dark haired) she was training on Friday!
