• The receptionist, Janet, is very outgoing, she always remembers my name and she is very personable. She even remembers I prefer to leave gratuity via cashapp. She is accommodating and always gets me booked several appointments in advance. Rachel, my lash stylist is a true artist. She has been taking great care of me for years. She is the only stylist I have ever been to that actually isolates each and every lash. I have the best retention with her and my lashes have remained healthy. She allows me to change up my look; sometimes I do classic, sometimes I do hybrid and lately I've been doing a combination of hybrid and volume to see if I will like the look of full volume. She understands that I prefer a conservative and classy look. She is so professional yet empathetic and kind. Plus, she is a great listener. My lash appointments are therapeutic. Sometimes I fall asleep and other times we chat away. The Lash Lounge in Southlake has been my absolute favorite establishment for receiving eyelash extensions over the years for all of the many reasons above. I have overheard the other lash artists do consultations on their clients and always super impressed with their fact finding questions to ensure their clients get the exact look they are seeking.
