  • My appointment was interrupted by a woman who was in a huge rush. My lady Lathia was so sweet even though she had me wait so she could do the other lady's lashes first. Then she gave me a huge discount and a free eyelash tint the next time I came in. It was clear to me that Lathia was grateful I had been patient and I respected her honesty and professionalism given the difficult situation.
