• Katie does an excellent job applying my lashes. The reception staff has always been welcoming. Every time I have called, staff has been very accommodating. Everyone has different struggles with the surrounding pandemic, and the Shrewsbury Lash Lounge has remained accommodating AND has made sure to step up their safety procedures. Every employee I noticed was wearing their mask correctly at the time of my visit. My temperature was taken at check-in. Additionally, there was care taken at check out to sanitize the payment tablet, with additional hand sanitizer available for clients. I also observed air purifiers in the treatment areas. The Lash Lounge provided extra lash brushes and shower goggles at checkout- great especially during this time. Finally, I saw less than 10 clients in the business at the time of my visit. Additionally, all treatment areas are sufficiently (more than 6ft) distanced from one another. I'm praying that Massachusetts' numbers keep going down, and that these more infectious variants that we are hearing of don't spike our numbers. I've read that double masking; ie having a standard surgical mask underneath a cloth mask may significantly reduce the spread of these variants. As we learn more about these variants, I believe that Shrewsbury Lash Lounge will be able to make the necessary decisions and implement any additional procedures to continue to do what is necessary to keep their clientele safe... and of course beautiful :)!
