• Two completely different experiences. My first tech should go back to training level and not be allowed to be alone with clients. My eyes and lashes were never cleaned prior to extensions by first tech. She also stopped multiple times during my service and apologized and said that her neck and back hurt because she had been working all day. The set she gave me was horrible quality and fell off within two days. They also looked NOTHING LIKE what I received from Moya. The ones I had the first time was like straight up not fans and they didn’t even go across my eyelids. Also I noticed a huge difference in how the two techs cared about their work. Moya was attentive to the entire overall look from start to stop. My first tech never brushed my lashes out and at the end when she told me to open my eyes was overly excited that my eye lids weren’t glued shut. I think if she likes doing lashes, she has potential, but honestly from the tech I had in Cali and Moya, the first tech I had at your location SHOULD NOT BE LEFT ALONE WITH CLENTS. After seeing Moya literally not one lash has fallen off since my appointment. I am really glad I called and explained my issue, and even more happy that your business understood the issue and took care of me. After my first appointment I was contemplating canceling my membership because who would pay hundreds of dollars for the lashes to fall out within a couple days. After seeing Moya - I Know I’m in good hands.
