• Your place is very cute. The beds and lash tape are super comfortable compared to others. Stylish also knowledgeable and nice! She did a great job!

• I couldn't find parking so I was running late (5 minutes) I called and talked to Ellie, she was really understanding and just told me she would see me when I got there. I've ran late before (by maybe 1-2 minutes) to other places and been told I would not only have to reschedule, but I would be charged. Tammy did my lashes and took her time to make sure they were perfect. In fact, I don't typically enjoy the process because my eyes usually start to burn or the pads and tape get uncomfortable as they move, I've also previously felt my lashes being pulled on. I've never experienced that at The Lash Lounge. I had such a nice time talking with Tammy that I forgot that I had been laying there the whole time, and had zero discomfort. I didn't feel like she was rushing, so I felt like I really mattered, instead of just being another set of lashes that were being rushed through to get on to the next client. The studio is so tranquil and calm. Everyone is so nice, even the girl sitting at her table across the way looked up, smiled, and waved at me when I went back, and she wasn't even with a client at the time and was listening to music. I love that everything is really catered and customized to the client. I have previously lost a good amount of lashes by the day after, and I've only lost one! Thank you everyone!
