• Michael is really great. I always feel 100% relaxed and comfortable as every hand motion is intentional and you can tell he is very experienced/confident in his work. There is never any tugging on my lashes or uncomfortable experiences when getting extensions. I like that he tells you what he's going to do next so I'm not startled. Very gentle and efficient!

• I've had some applications where a lot of lashes fell out within the first few days. The second time I got them done, many had disappeared after one week on one side. This time around, my lashes seem to be sticking better (hopefully) as I just got them redone a few days ago. Lash stylists and receptionist are very kind, and the atmosphere is great.
