• Cierra is phenomenal!!!! Her touch is light. My retention is fantastic.....because of her I got a membership. She is also very routine and clean. If she had to step away twice at the very initial of my service she is sure to reset her sanitation. Just all around can't say enough. She's also super respectful of the faculty and facility of telling me if she didn't know a price she didn't pretend to know. She always directed me to make sure with the ladies at the front and they would answer. For instance my question was with a classic set membership what if one week I wanted to mix some volume lashes. She made sure to talk and show me what it would look like and understand the differences. For prices with a membership she directed me to the ladies so she didn't misquote!! Kudos.
