• I started this journey with Lash Lounge Sept 2017 and I can honestly say that not all stylists are created equal. I have experienced 3 stylists for lash extensions and all have been very professional but I have been consistently using Evelyn (senior stylist) because her technique and disposition work best for me. When she completes my fills, my lashes look amazing and they stay in place! Prior to Evelyn, my lashes seemed to fall off in the first week, despite following the stylist's care instructions. I am extremely happy with Evelyn's cleanliness (she sanitizes her hands before she touches my lashes), her professionalism, and her attention to detail with my lashes. She has a ton of customers yet she recalls details from our conversation 3 - 4 weeks ago which makes you feel relaxed and like you're more than just a stranger off the street - to me, adding that personalization to your visit creates a very warm and welcoming atmosphere and it's great customer service. I am very satisfied with the service I receive from Evelyn and the staff at The Lash Lounge and I LOVE being able to book my appointments on-line. Shout out to Martie who is always smiling and welcoming when you enter the salon! Thank you both for making my visits most enjoyable.
