It was my first time getting lashes done and she made me feel super comfortable, explained every step of the process to me, and above all made my lashes look exactly like I was hoping they would look. I told multiple friends about her and the Lash Lounge and one booked an appointment right after seeing mine! I will be coming back monthly for refills!
