• I got excellent service from Olivia, whether it be her social or esthetician skills. She was very happy to answer any questions for a first-timer and provide recommendations based on my desired look. The receptionist could be a little warmer.

• Well technicians v sweet ... but btw i got 90 lashes per eye within an hr in nyc... so they will get faster.... ans as i mentioned to front desk, that soundtrack is so not chill which is not a good idea.... esp if u are slow why agitate the client? And room is cold and it was explained To me re glue, there could be mattress warmers on beds... despite these helpful suggestions... 10!
