• It was my first time in and it was a great appointment. My lashes are wonderful and the customer- and team-centric atmosphere was impressive. I had an appointment for a full set toward the end of the day and I could tell that Kylie's pace didn't change, even as the appointment ran long and others were going home already. She continued to take her time and give consistent effort. The front desk rep (Christina? -Sorry. I forget her name) was helping by covering for Kylie's closing 'chores' and I commend her for her leadership in support. I never got the feeling Kylie was rushing, or feeling rushed. I wasn't sure that I was going to join as a member, but was impressed enough by the two ladies that of course I did in the end.
