• Emma is amazing and always has been. She has been so wonderful for me for over a year now. I’m a bit disappointed that I was given 3 days notice of well over 100% increase in price for senior stylists. While I agree they deserve to make more money, I feel it would have been more respectful of your loyal customers to at least give them 2 weeks or 1 appointment notice of this increase. It’s disappointing to have to change stylists. Not everyone can make changes to their budget that quickly. I hope you take it into consideration next time.
