• Payton was very professional and knowledgeable. It was my first time and she was very helpful. It was odd though, that no one was there to open the shop. I had an appointment for 10 am but the doors didn't get opened until 10:15. Communication breakdowns happen but it wasn't the best first impression for me. Thx

• The team was courteous and professional. They had great energy and a can do attitude! They helped me with a complicated situation with transfers of my credits from my membership in another state. Jaylin was gracious and considerate, thoughtful and thorough. She communicated every step of the way. Adriana did a great job on my lashes also. They were in rough shape when I came in but she made them look balanced and beautiful. She shared helpful information and a plan to get me back to the volume that I desire longer term. :)
