• Emma is awesome! I love her! She's the best I've ever had- I am spending about $300 a month right now on lashes and there is an independent gal named Olivia in rogers who I'll be checking out in mid November- she is $55 a fill and only does fills once every 3-6 weeks.... I will need trying her when Emma goes on her wedding break- I love lash lounge and I love the consistency of a franchised business- I've been in the franchise world for a while- but I don't love the cost... assuming Olivia is great I will likely pause or cxl... howevever with that being said I did cxl once over a year ago to go independently and came back- you all offer a great consistent product / service that can't be offered at independent facilities
