• The reminders were helpful, I was sent a text my stylist was ready early so I got to get started early, my lash expert was helpful and consultative, she did a nice job and I was in and out quickly. The greeter/reception colleague was also very helpful and recommended products that would help me take care of my lashes. Overall everyone was professional and efficient.

• The receptionist (I'm a fool i never got her name) was so kind and inviting and Briana is just fantastic with my mediocre brows, she makes them pristine. And very gentle with her threading.
