• Stylist was ill. We rescheduled appointment. Stylist was ill for the second day. Your team went over and above. I believe after 6 tries they were able to have someone stay later and adjusted the time so that I was able to make it to my elderly aunt's Christmas party at the nursing home! They all worked as a team between the scheduler and the stylist!!!!!
