• I've already recommended your shop to all my closest friends. The atmosphere is super friendly and the aestheticians are beyond skilled at their job. Rochelle has done my lashes twice and is super thorough with the process. I told her what I was going for and she took the time to listen and give me my options - some people would take advantage of this and try to up sell you on something you don't need or should have. Rochelle has one thing in mind and that's the customers best interest. Unfortunately my extensions are a luxury at this moment and I may not always be able to make every 2-3 week fills but when I can, I will! Lash Lounge Rocky River gets a 5 star from me!
