• Lucy's great, so welcoming. Shes friendly, and actually is welcoming to conversation. Getting your lashes done, such like when we get out hair done, is therapeutic. She's got a true talent, my lashes are healthy & my lash extensions are always EXACTLY what I want - without sacrificing lash integrity. I can appreciate someone who's not trying to bs to me- to sell to me. She's sold me on 10-20 extra lashes each visit + upgrading my membership from hybrid to volume simply because she's straight up with me. I know what products to buy & Which to avoid. While the prices are much higher than what ive ever paid- I don't mind due to the entire experience Lucy creates. The whole "lounge" is just clean, trendy, and fun! We sit down face to face & discuss what I want-& don't. The whole checklist she reviews with me ensures we're both on the same page- (haha dad joke.) I will continue to come here just for her & all she provides. Can't wait to get my brows done next!
