She makes me feel comfortable giving honest feedback and genuinely wants to see her clients happy and satisfied. Whenever I've wanted to tweek my look, she's listened intently until she fully understood what I was aiming for. And she keeps me on track! Marley reaches out to me when her schedule is filling up and she knows it's time for fill. The atmosphere of the Rochester location is a clean and spa-like with great music.
