My fiancé was in a car accident an hour before my appointment, and when I contacted the Lash Lounge, they were wonderful to me and with my emotions and were able to reschedule me to a time where I could be there. It's just nice to know there are human beings out there that understand real life situations and don't just care about the bottom line. Thank you Lash lounge for making that situation as easy as possible for me… I'll be a customer for life!
