Very calm environment. The technician was very professional. She listened to what I wanted, took at good look at my eyes and heard my request. She cleaned my eyes prior to the application. (I've gone to an expensive salon in Reno that did not do that). She put an under eye "treatment" on so that when the tape came off it did not hurt. When I was finished, I loved the lashes she put on. Now, if they just last close to 2 weeks, I'll be thrilled.
