I chose that score because Wendy who is my Lash technician is very talented and has been doing it for a while and she's gentle and doesn't hurt my eyes. On a separate note, I would highly suggest the saline the technicians use to wash the eye somehow find a way to heat it because when it's applied to the eye it's like a brain freeze and it's very uncomfortable. I'm sure I'm not the only one that experiences that .
