Firstly, Miriam at reception is the sweetest and most caring employee and is such a breath of fresh air. Tammy is always so attentive when doing my lashes, checking on my comfort level throughout the visit and does a wonderful job. I actually had a billing issue and the Manager, Robin, personally called me and apologized for the inconvenience, addressed the issue immediately and provided excellent customer service. It is special to see this level of service these days. Keep up the amazing work!!
