I really liked working with my lash artist, they took the time to ask me the questions I know are important. I've been doing extensions off and on for about 5 years and I felt super confident coming out of the appointment. I appreciated that the tech's experience was shared with me but that while in "training" someone also came in and check in on the progress. I also bought the care package after which is a really good deal
