• Everyone was very friendly, and took time to explain my membership to me so that I understand it now. I did something a little different with my lashes and Trinity did a wonderful job. They look exactly like the picture I wanted and are super cute, I always enjoy the great staff that works at the Redmond Lash Lounge. I was especially appreciative that Elise didn't make me feel stupid because when I bought my membership I was just told it was a better deal if I was going to keep my lashes up. So there was a lot of confusion because I just bought it and really didn't ask any questions, which I should have because it would have avoided a lot of confusion. I didn't know what I was paying for and thought I understood but really didn't. Now that I understand it I see what a great deal it is. I also liked that my next appointment was already made before I left so I don't have to worry about it.
