• I loved my technician Emily! She was very informative and enjoyed working on my lashes. She gave me what I asked for and did a wonderful job!! The clinic was very clean and everyone was welcoming and warm.

• Everybody has been very friendly and very professional. From the time I booked my first appointment (after an online inquiry), somebody called me immediately and was super nice and professional, and she answered all my questions. Then when I walked in to the lounge, the gal at the front desk (of the Redmond store) was just so personable, nice, friendly and made me feel immediately welcome. And Melissa, the gal that did my lashes, was super professional, gentle, my eyes felt safe and well taken care of. It's also a beautiful facility. I've only been to the Redman one; it was great!!
